Find quick solutions to the most common questions about gameplay, accounts, and technical issues. Your first stop for a smooth gaming experience.

1. Common Principles

● Significance of the Operating Policy

This Operating Policy contains the effects of violations of the terms by members (referring to those who have agreed to the terms, hereinafter referred to as "members") utilizing the online game (hereinafter referred to as "Game") provided by Union Games (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), the procedures for contesting sanctions (hereinafter referred to as "sanctions"), recovery policies, and other operational standards of the Company’s services, as well as matters that members should be aware of while using the services.

According to Article 14 (Obligations of Users) of the Terms of Service (referring to the Union Games Service Terms of Service and the Triwar M Service Terms of Service, hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Service"), members are obligated to comply with all provisions set forth in this Operating Policy. If a member violates this Operating Policy, it shall also be considered a violation of the Terms of Service, and sanctions may be imposed in accordance with both the Operating Policy and the Terms of Service.

• Matters not specifically mentioned in this Operating Policy shall be governed by the company's Terms of Service, and any other matters shall be applied and interpreted in accordance with relevant laws and general social norms.

This operating policy applies to the Triwar M game service.

● Changes and Announcements of the Operating Policy

The company may revise the Operating Policy to provide better services, and the revised content will be notified in accordance with Article 6 (Operating Policy) Paragraph 3 of the Terms of Service for Triwar M.

• Members are advised to regularly check announcements and email contents to be aware of any changes to the Operating Policy. The company shall not be held responsible for any damages, inconveniences, or disadvantages arising from a failure to understand the changes, unless otherwise specified by relevant laws and regulations.

● Definition, Role, and Responsibilities of GM

• GM stands for 'Game Master' and is responsible for handling member inquiries and requests in accordance with the procedures and methods established in the Triwar M Operating Policy, ensuring the proper operation of the game and safeguarding the gaming rights of members.

• GM strives to promptly devise and implement solutions and responses to service situations in order to ensure the stable operation of Triwar M.

• The GM does not intervene in disputes between members. However, if the content of the dispute between members is deemed to be a significant matter related to game operation (such as disruption of game order, violation of laws, or actions contrary to public morals), appropriate measures may be taken based on this Operating Policy.

• GM does not provide benefits to specific members and does not offer information regarding future Triwar M services, such as updates and events, beyond what has been announced.

• GM does not inquire about or modify/disclose members' personal information within the game. However, in the event that a legitimate request for personal information is made through proper procedures by government agencies or judicial authorities, personal information may be provided to those institutions.

● Rights and Duties of Members

Members must be familiar with this Operating Policy, and the company will find it difficult to provide assistance regarding any issues or damages arising from non-compliance with the Operating Policy.

• When registering as a member, accurate information must be provided, and if false information is entered or someone else's information is misappropriated, the use of the service may be restricted. Furthermore, no claims for the protection of rights in this regard can be made.

Members can freely utilize all content provided by Triwar M and receive services.

• The ownership of game content such as characters and items within the game is held by the company, and any issues that arise during game use can be inquired about through 1:1 inquiries to Customer Support, where guidance on solutions will be provided.

Members must inform the company of any bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the game system discovered during the use of the service, and must not disseminate or exploit these issues to other members. If members use the service for the purpose of gaining an advantage without notifying the company of such problems after they have occurred, it may cause harm to other members, and their access to the service may be restricted in accordance with the Terms of Service and Operating Policy.

• If a member disseminates false information that has not been officially announced by the company, causing confusion among other members, their access to the service may be restricted.

• Members may face restrictions on service usage if they violate any of the regulations specified in [5. Sanction Criteria Table].

• If a member incurs losses due to being unable to access the game as a result of violating their obligations and the Operating Policy, the company shall not be held responsible for such losses.

• As it is an online game where many members connect and play simultaneously, you must also respect the rights of other members.

• Members have the responsibility to manage their own account information. Members should make efforts to secure their accounts, such as utilizing the security services provided by the company (OTP, secondary password settings, PC registration settings, etc.), and the company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by a third party using the account information due to the member's negligence in managing their personal information.

• Members are obligated to respond when the operator conducts an investigation into the use of unauthorized programs and macros. Failure to comply or cooperate with the investigation may be reasonably interpreted as an attempt to use unauthorized programs and macros that are not permitted by the company.

2. Recovery Support Policy

In the event that a member's item or character is lost or information is altered due to a technical error of the company, if the occurrence of the error is clearly confirmed through in-game records, we will restore it within a limit that does not disrupt the game balance.

• Based on the judgment of game planning or operation, the member's character and item information may be modified, changed, or deleted at any time, and unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of the company, recovery of such information will not be carried out.

• Losses incurred due to a member's own negligence or failure to be aware of the contents specified in the game system, Operating Policy, in-game announcements, or announcements on the Homepage are generally not subject to recovery. However, for certain items of member negligence, recovery is possible in accordance with the criteria outlined in [3. Recovery Support Criteria Table] below. Recovery for each item will be processed based on the data that is retained (up to a maximum of 5 months), and losses for which there are no records cannot be recovered.

If recovery is needed, you may request recovery through a 1:1 inquiry with Customer Support. However, due to the nature of phone consultations, it is difficult to verify your identity for data confirmation and recovery consultations regarding your account. You must apply for recovery within 15 days from the date of data loss. If 15 days have passed, it may be difficult to confirm the data or it may take a considerable amount of time, making some recoveries impossible.

3. Recovery Support Criteria Table

• The recovery of losses incurred during the game due to member negligence or system errors follows the recovery support criteria table below. For matters not specified in the criteria table, the decision on whether recovery is possible and the extent of recovery will be determined according to the general principles of recovery, and recovery may not be supported.

4. Usage Restriction Policy

● Reporting and Sanction Procedures

• The reporting and sanction procedures for violations of the Terms of Service and Operating Policy are as follows.

• Violation of the Terms of Service and Operating Policy → (Report) → GM Investigation → (Prior Notice) → Sanction → Objection → Notification of Objection Result

• Reports of "account theft," "fraud," and "abuse" can be submitted within 15 days from the date of the incident.

• The company will notify the details of the sanctions, reasons for the sanctions, and methods for filing objections through electronic mail, in-game mail, and pop-up windows on the game's initial screen. However, for certain actions specified separately in the Terms of Service, notification may be replaced with post-notification.

In the event that a review of the necessity for sanctions due to violations of the Terms of Service and Operating Policy is required, the company may temporarily restrict the use of the Game and related services for the necessary period to conduct the investigation or review of subsequent actions. During the temporary restriction, the reasons for the limitation and the method for filing an objection will be communicated to the members.

● Method of Reporting and Filing Objections

• 1:1 Inquiry

Members may submit inquiries, requests, suggestions, and reports regarding all services related to Triwar M through the Customer Support section of the app/homepage, and they may file an objection concerning the usage restriction through the 1:1 inquiry section of the Customer Support on the homepage within 15 days from the date they are notified of the usage restriction.

• Application for objection to temporary usage restrictions

In the event of a temporary usage restriction, an objection may be filed within 15 days, and no additional submissions will be accepted after the objection period has elapsed.

However, if it is determined that the user's objection has reasonable grounds, an exception may be made to proceed with the review.

● The Effect of Objection

If the member's objection is deemed reasonable, the company will lift or adjust the sanctions imposed on the member accordingly.

If the sanctions items are changed through an objection after the sanctions have been imposed, the duration of the sanctions based on the changed items will be applied retroactively from the time the initial sanctions began.

● Types of sanctions

• Warning: This is a temporary measure that may include GM's attention/advice, restrictions on actions, forced changes to names of characters/guilds, deletion of posts and images, forced disconnection, and in-game penalties.

• Period of Use Restriction: This refers to a form of limiting the use of game services and related services (such as game access, community boards, etc.) for a certain period of time.

• Permanent Restriction: This is a form of permanently restricting the use of game services and related services (such as game access, community boards, etc.). Depending on the severity of the violation committed by the member, the use of the game services may be restricted for all accounts under that member's name, and such measures will equally apply to any accounts created anew or upon rejoining after withdrawal.

• Content Usage Restriction: This refers to the limitation of content usage for a certain period of time related to violations. Measures such as chat bans, expulsion from conversation groups, and restrictions on bulletin board usage are included in this category, and content usage restrictions can be applied at the account, guild, or clan level.

• Adjustment of Game Information: This involves changing, deleting, and resetting (recovering) the nature of all information that can be quantified and obtained through the game system, including character information, items, paid content, and currency related to violations.

• Recovery: If it is determined that the violation has a serious impact on the overall game economy system or negatively affects the game experience of other members, items unjustly obtained due to the violation may be changed, deleted, or reset in a manner equivalent to three times the value of the unjustly obtained portion. However, if it is not possible to clearly calculate the unjustly obtained portion, a maximum recovery of up to 200 billion Silver Coins may be imposed.

• Restriction on Customer Support Services: This refers to the limitation of access to customer support services such as 1:1 inquiries, telephone consultations, and reporting centers for a certain period of time.

• IP Usage Restriction: This refers to the limitation of service usage for specific IPs due to operational reasons.

● Criteria for the Application of Sanctions

• The company may simultaneously apply "forced disconnection," "adjustment of game information," "additional charges," "restriction of content usage," "IP restriction," and "restriction of all accounts under the same name" when implementing "warning," "temporary usage restriction," or "permanent usage restriction."

If violations of two or more Terms of Service and Operating Policies are confirmed simultaneously, the company may apply the most severe sanction corresponding to each violation.

In the event that a third party uses a member's account during account sharing and violations of the Terms of Service and Operating Policy occur, sanctions may be applied to the member and the respective account.

If another member acquires items obtained through violations of the Terms of Service and Operating Policy, the company will retrieve the relevant items and various quantified related information of the Character. Additionally, the Account that acquired the items and information may be subject to sanctions in accordance with the Operating Policy.

If abnormal access, account theft, or suspected workplace activity is confirmed from a specific IP, "IP usage restrictions" may be applied.

• In cases where access to the game is restricted and cannot be connected, the period of inactivity prior to the sanction release date will not be included in the returnable period.

5. Sanction Criteria Table

• Common Application Matters

- If any of the acts listed in the "Game Usage Restriction Criteria" and "Chat Usage Restriction Criteria" are discovered, the member who committed the act may incur legal responsibility and may face severe sanctions and disadvantages regarding their account from the company in accordance with the principles. If multiple or continuous violations are detected under the same name, permanent usage restriction measures may be implemented for all accounts under that name.

Depending on the severity of the violation committed by the member, warnings, temporary usage restrictions, permanent usage restrictions, confiscation, and penalties may be imposed, and in cases where there is a serious adverse effect on the game, more severe sanctions than the current level may be applied. Additionally, depending on the nature of the violation, more than two restrictions may be applied simultaneously, and in such cases, the company will base the sanctions on the most serious violation.

- Even if multiple members have violated the same issue, the company may impose sanctions such as warnings, temporary usage restrictions, permanent usage bans, confiscation, and recovery based on the severity of the violator's actions.

- If a violation is confirmed, sanctions corresponding to the violation will be imposed, and depending on the situation, forced disconnection may occur simultaneously. In cases where game usage restrictions are applied, restrictions on game access, homepage bulletin board usage, and payment system usage will be applied simultaneously.

If any member's actions are found to violate other relevant laws and regulations, immediate and strong disciplinary measures will be taken, and the company may request an investigation or assistance from the relevant authorities and judicial institutions. Conversely, if there is a request for cooperation from the relevant authorities and judicial institutions, we will respond immediately.

- Game play refers to all actions from the execution/access of the client to the point of termination.

- The company shall not be held responsible for the loss of certain content that requires ongoing management due to the inability to access the game as a result of service restrictions.

- If a violation of the same item is repeated more than the maximum number of times, the sanctions of the last tier may be applied, or a "permanent usage restriction" may be imposed.

- In the event of a violation of the Operating Policy, adjustments or recoveries of game information, including Silver Coins and items, may be conducted, amounting to a maximum of three times the value of the items acquired in violation. However, if it is not possible to clearly calculate the unjustly acquired amount, a recovery of up to 200 billion Silver Coins may be imposed.

- Regardless of whether sanctions are imposed or intent is present, any profits obtained from violating the Operating Policy may be reclaimed or adjusted at any time.

- However, if the intentionality is absent or the impact of the in-game benefits obtained through exploitation on the game balance or system is significantly low, only the improperly acquired items will be confiscated, and the maximum threefold confiscation may be excluded.

In the event that violations of the Terms of Service and Operating Policy are detected, certain game information such as the member's Character Name and Guild Name may be disclosed through notices on the Homepage and official community Notice.

<Chat Usage Restriction Criteria Table>

The rights and responsibilities regarding a member's chat rest solely with the member themselves, and any civil or criminal liability arising from the member's chat infringing upon the copyright or other intellectual property rights of a third party shall be borne entirely by the member, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of the company.

• In the event of a restriction on chat usage, a ban on chat may be enforced without prior warning.

In the case of All Chat, more stringent penalties may be applied, taking into account the impact on an unspecified number of users within the Game.

If a violation specified in the game usage restriction criteria is confirmed, immediate action may be taken to restrict game access.

• If you engage in chat that includes another person's personal information (such as identification information, location, contact details, email, etc.), immediate restrictions on game usage may be implemented.

If any of the actions listed below are discovered, restrictions on chat and limitations on game usage will be applied according to the number of offenses detected.

In order to maintain order within the game world and to create a healthy chat environment, the number of infractions detected and the corresponding measures will be applied uniformly to all accounts under the same name.

※ Detected inappropriate conduct may be subject to increased sanctions based on severity, regardless of the accumulated number of detections, and if inappropriate conduct is confirmed thereafter, the maximum sanctions will be imposed.

If the maximum level of sanctions is repeatedly imposed, "permanent usage restrictions" may be applied.
